A family business, in cloth since 1990
TDM Fabrics is a family-run company dealing in quality grey and dyed fabrics. For over three decades we have supplied India’s ready-made garment sector from Delhi: cotton, denim, linen, viscose and canvas, mill-fresh and from stock.
Two addresses, one trade
We started in Azad Market with a small office and a simple proposition: know the cloth, know the mills, and be straight with the buyer. Three decades on that has not changed. Only the size of the floor has.
Today the business runs from an office behind Azad Market and a showroom at Tikri Border where the full inventory sits on the rack. Buyers still come in, handle the cloth, and leave with what they need. It remains the best way to buy fabric.
We hold accounts with Raymond, Vardhman and Pee Vee among others, so a large part of what we sell is fresh mill production. The rest is last-lot stock, good cloth we buy up where a run has overshot or an order has fallen through.

Three decades on the floor
The business opens
A family trading operation begins in Azad Market, Delhi, dealing in grey and dyed cotton for the local garment trade.
Mill accounts established
Direct supply relationships with Raymond, Vardhman and Pee Vee open up fresh mill production alongside the stock trade.
The Tikri Border showroom
A dedicated showroom on Main Rohtak Road puts the full inventory on the rack, where buyers can see and handle every quality.
Pan-India, and last lots at scale
Delivery across India, free samples to any address, and a growing last-lots programme keeping first-quality cloth out of landfill.
Last lots, and why we bother
We actively source last-lot stock: end of the line, mill overruns, cancelled orders and designer excess fabrics. That reduces the volume of textile waste headed for landfill.
It also happens to be good business for our customers. The cloth is first quality, the price is well under mill rate, and the quantities suit designers and smaller houses who do not need a thousand metres of anything.
Everything we stock is sourced locally and produced in India, from mills we have dealt with for years and can hold to an ethical standard.

The practical part
Buy by the roll
No thousand-metre commitments. Order by the roll, with single rolls available on request. We do not sell loose fabric.
Free samples
As many samples as you need, couriered to your address free of charge. Handle the cloth before you commit to it.
Pan-India delivery
We deliver anywhere in India. Tirupur, Ludhiana, Bengaluru or Delhi NCR, the cloth gets there.
You deal with the family
No account-management layer. You talk to the people who buy the cloth and know what is actually on the floor this week.
